We are so honored you are here on our online adoption profile to get to know us! We are hoping to adopt and grow our family soon. We can’t begin to imagine the weight of this decision you are facing. Our prayer is that you would feel a sense of peace and hope as you consider prospective adoptive families.

We have a close family friend who is adopted and several of our nieces and nephews are adopted as well. We have seen first-hand what it is like to have both biological and adopted children in the home. We have a heart for children and a deep desire to grow our family!

Ellie, age 12, is Rylee’s daughter from his first marriage. We have her 50% of the time. She is in 6th grade and goes to a Christian school that she loves. Ellie has a fantastic personality. She literally lights up the room with her smile and kindness.

She loves singing, volleyball, and swimming. When we told her we were adopting, her face lit up. She is so excited to be a big sister. She is naturally great with children. We are beyond blessed to have her in our lives.

Our home

We live in a beautiful brick home on the lake in MN. We have a large tree and a flat grassy area where we spend almost all summer days. We have a large beach area as well as a dock with a slide. We love our home because when you walk in, it just feels like home. We have lived there for four years now and have made so many wonderful memories. We also have a place in Florida where we go multiple times in the winter. Ellie loves to be able to swim outside year-round.
