Thank you for taking the time to be here and to learn a little about us. We know this decision comes with so much strength, love, and courage, and we want you to know how deeply we respect you.

Our story began with a foundation of friendship and has grown into a steady, supportive partnership. We love the simple rhythms of life together, quiet evenings at home, being outdoors, and just doing everyday life side by side.

Through seasons of waiting and uncertainty, adoption has become something we feel deeply called to. Along the way, we have found peace in trusting that this is the path God has placed on our hearts.

It means so much to us to share a glimpse into our lives and the love we are ready to give.

our heart for Adoption

Our adoption journey began a few years ago when we started hoping to grow our family. After time spent trying and walking through infertility, we began to open our hearts to adoption in a deeper way.

Through that season, we spent time praying, reflecting, and making sure our hearts were in the right place. What we found was a sense of peace and clarity that this is how we are meant to grow our family.

Adoption is not a backup plan for us. It is something we feel truly called to, and we are so grateful for the opportunity to welcome a child into our lives and love them wholeheartedly.

Maggie has the biggest heart for others. She is thoughtful in the way she cares for people and is always looking for ways to encourage and support those around her. She values her relationships deeply and brings a steady, warm presence into everyday life.

As a second grade teacher, she has a natural love for guiding and caring for children, and it brings her so much joy to help them grow.

About Connor

Connor is intentional in the way he lives and loves. He shows up every day for the people in his life and cares deeply about his relationships. He values being present, listening well, and finding joy in the everyday moments. He strives to lead with love through his actions, words, and the way he cares for others.

He enjoys spending time outdoors, whether that is working on projects, going for a walk, or just being outside. He also loves time with friends and family and is someone who naturally brings people together.

our Favorite Things

traveling

We love exploring new places and trying new things together. Traveling is one of our favorite ways to spend time together and make memories.

Our favorite place that we have visited together is Montana! We saw so many wild animals and awesome views that it was hard to believe it was real.

time at home

Some of our favorite moments are the simple ones at home. We enjoy cooking dinner together, relaxing, and spending time with friends and family.

Our go to meal on a Friday night is a local burger joint. We always leave with a funny story of an interaction we had while eating.

the little things

It is often the smallest moments that mean the most to us. Slow mornings, laughing over something silly, taking a walk with our dog, or ending the day together at home. We truly enjoy just being together, and find so much joy in the simple, everyday rhythms of life.

We are early risers. We almost always wake up by 7am, even on the weekends!

being outside

We love spending time outside, whether that is going for walks, working on home projects, drivng to the lake, enjoying a pool day, or just enjoying the day together.

Connor loves to work on new landscape projects or tinker with things in the garage. Maggie enjoys sitting outside and reading a book (usually an Elin Hilderbrand book).

about us

We've been married for 6 years!
We met in college (War Eagle!) through a mutual friend. Connor grew up with the friend, and Maggie was sorority sisters & roommates with her. It reminds us that the world is so small and God's hand is in every interaction we have with others.
Our favorite ice cream flavors are coffee (Connor) and rocky road (Maggie).
We love nature walks with our dog, Stella, boating and jet ski days on the lake, and soaking up time outside together.
Our favorite holiday is the 4th of July!
Boston is our favorite city we’ve visited, but we love beach vacations, and we are always excited to explore new places together.
We love spending our time at home grilling on the patio (cheeseburgers are our favorite), and working on projects together.
Our favorite late night snacks are popcorn (Connor) and M&Ms (Maggie).

Family is everything

Maggie’s family lives nearby and plays a big role in our lives. From time spent together at the lake to everyday visits, they bring so much joy and support. We especially love being Aunt Maggie and Uncle Connor and are so excited for a child to grow up surrounded by cousins and family.

Connor’s family is also very close and values time spent together. Whether it’s family gatherings, traditions, or simply being present for one another, they have created a strong foundation of love. We are also incredibly thankful for our friendships and the community that surrounds us.

We love the simple, everyday moments spent in our home. Whether we are cooking dinner together, relaxing in the living room, or sitting outside, it is where we feel most comfortable and connected. Our home is a place filled with warmth, laughter, and time spent together.

One of our favorite parts of our home is the sense of peace it brings. It is a space where we can slow down, enjoy each other’s company, and create meaningful routines. We value a life that feels steady, joyful, and centered around being together.

We also have a yellow lab, Stella, who brings so much energy and happiness into our home. She loves being around people, going on walks, and joining in on whatever we are doing.

We feel so grateful for the life we have built and the home we get to share, and we look forward to filling it with even more love, laughter, and memories as we grow our family.
