Meet our sweet dog, Nova – Nova is the ultimate pup! She’s a Jack Russell–Minpin mix, full of love and always ready for an adventure. Her favorites include exploring the outdoors, sunbathing, and lots of snuggles. She’s very gentle and adores kids, and she loves spending time with our nieces and nephews. Nova can’t wait to welcome a little one into our home!

Adoption has always held a special place in our hearts. Through friends and family, we’ve seen firsthand how deeply it can impact lives and the beautiful stories it creates for everyone involved. It’s something we’ve long felt drawn to, and a meaningful way we’ve always hoped to grow our family.
When we learned that pregnancy would no longer be part of our path, it was difficult at first. But in that space, we also felt a deep sense of peace and clarity that adoption was exactly where we were meant to be.
We want you to know this is not a second choice for us.. it is an honor. We would be so grateful for the opportunity to love and raise your child, and to always hold your story with the utmost respect and care. We have so much love in our hearts, and we are ready to share it with a little one.

- We live in sunny Southern California, close to the beach, mountains, and desert, so there’s always somewhere new to explore.
- Our sweet dog Nova keeps life fun and is always right in the middle of everything we do.
- We met through mutual friends in 2008 and spent six wonderful years dating before getting engaged.
- We were married in 2017 and have been building our life and home together ever since.
- Some of our favorite things include hiking, gardening, traveling, cooking dinner together, and spending time with family.
- We love hosting friends and family and spending weekends exploring new trails or working on projects around our home.

We love celebrating all the major holidays but even beyond those, we fill our calendar with seasonal fun. We love camping trips, visiting pumpkin patches in the fall, and spending summer days at the beach and family trips. We also enjoy our local community HOA events, like Movies in the Park, Easter Bunny & Santa Claus visits, etc.

We’ve lived in our two-story home in a quiet Southern California neighborhood for fourteen years, and over time it’s just become home. We are really looking forward to filling our space with toys on the floor, books stacked by the bed, etc. And Nova will definitely be in the middle of it all, thumping her tail the second anyone walks through the door.
When we picture raising a child, we imagine them running barefoot back there, helping water the plants, getting dirty, and just being free to explore. We cannot wait to create a home filled with childhood wonder where they can feel safe and free to be themselves.

Our families are incredibly close, both sets of parents & our siblings live less than an hour from us. Both of our parents are still married, all of our siblings are close, and holidays and birthdays bring the whole crew together without question. Our families aren’t just supportive of our adoption journey, they are cheering us on, praying for our future child and their birth family, and have made it clear that whenever this baby comes home, they’ll be right there with open arms. We are blessed to have a village like this, and they are ready!
